My Question or Issue

 Hi, Im trying subscibe to a Premium Service using my Indosat Oredoo credit, after i entry Pin number send by SMS there are no respond from Subscibe form. i check connection was not a problem but it getting nowhere. after that i check credit was deducted from my number but i dont get my premium account.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand your concern. In this case, I'd recommend contacting your service provider since they have access to your account info and have the tools to give you a refund.
