I have two coupons for one month of Spotify premium. The first one was accepted while the second was not, is it possible that I can use just one coupon at a time?

There isn't a limitation as to how many gift cards you can redeem. There is a limitation that you can only have up to 18 months of Premium active on your account, but since you mentioned that these are one month cards, it's unlikely that this is the cause here.

Consider covering all the steps provided here. If your attempts were repeatedly unsuccessful, make sure to wait a bit before trying again.
