unfortunately I cannot activate the 60 day premium trial. I never had a spotify account, so i created one. I never subscribed to premium before. Please help me.

I'm sorry to hear that. What happens when you try to use the Premium offer? If you have a screenshot of any error messages being shown, please send those over making sure that you've hidden sensitive info when posting.

The problem is now solved. The offer is only available in the usa and canada.
