My Question or Issue

Good afternoon, I have a problem, I cannot update my payment card. When I enter all the data and the code from the mobile phone confirming the payment, I receive the message "your session has expired" and on the spotifying page I see an error. I am using a visa card, what could be the problem? I tried with and without vpn
