Voucher Pin wrong

I have a €60 voucher, the PIN number to redeem the subscription was damaged when it was been scratched, so I am missing the last few digits. 

Customer services have sent me here, is there anyway I can get a new pin to get my subscription?

I recommend you to check out this article about Gift Cards and make sure you follow the steps there. The last step will lead you to get in touch with Spotify payments team.

If you get an automated email after getting in touch with them, make sure you reply to it.

Thank you your help but the last step only brings me back to the main menu. It doesn’t not bring me to the payments team

Can you please try again using a different web browser, Incognito Window and ultimately a different device just to be sure? Thanks 🙂
