My Question or Issue

You guys just billed me $119.88!! What on earth is that for?? I'm currently on a 99 cent premium offer that doesn't end until Sept. I need someone to respond to this ASAP or legal action will be taken. I can't believe you guys don't have an actual customer service line! I regret signing up with Spotify!
