My Question or Issue

Why, even being a paid customer, each and every time I open the app, I receive a fullpage banner with some random ads?

I pay for premium because of the ads, and now I am getting them all the time!

This started recently, cause I am customer for more than 5 years and it never happened.

Why @Spotify is doing that?
