Why am I charged twice but have no premium access?

Why am I charged twice but have no premium access?

 

I am billed on the 28th of the month on my AMEX but have no spotify access today? how do I fix this? My account only shows previous payments on the 2nd of the month using paypal, which I have now cancelled as I realized I was being billed my both paypal and amex.

Hey @euj-eujq_obr9,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
