Why don't I qualify for individual premium and have to change to family premium?

I would have to ask for some more details.

 

Are you a new subscriber ?

Are you tying to redeem a special offer ?

Can you add a screenshot of what you see on the offers page or any error you're getting while trying to subscribe ?

 Thank you for bothering.  I think it's not going to be helpful though because it's in Greek, but if you want me to translate something, let me know.

I'm not a new subscriber. When I tried to update my billing information it just said that I qualify only for the family subscription.

Could you try opening this link, preferably in an incognito window so that we can be sure that your cache and cookies are not causing any trouble?

 

It could also help giving it a shot on a different device and network if the issue persists.
