Why is my payment failing for premium

I have money on the card I pay for my subscription with but my payment keeps failing

I linked my fups card into spotify and i always get this error (The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method) anyone know how to fix?

Spotify was taking my monthly payment as usual but all of a sudden , it declined and the card doesn’t work even though the countries match, there’s money on the card and the card is valid (everything works completely fine when I pay for iCloud)
