Why my account changed to free?

Hi there,

Firstable; Why there is no contact form/chat with expert or help phone?

 

I have a big issue. My account changed to free before a mounth.

I register with 3 mounths free by mobile operator service. And opererator charged fee to me. I can not touch anybody. What a interesting isn't it?

What Do I have? I dont know. Can someone help me?
