My Question or Issue

Hi i am currently working away from home and my partner and i are trying to sign up to Duo, however as i am away from home, when i get the location link it simply tells me to try again when i am home. This wont be for a while and my Gf cant simply log me in and join me to the account as she is visiting me over here  with me over  here is it possible to still join the accounts or do we simply need to cancel the subscription ?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

When you set up the Duo Account the account manager selects an Adress. For other members to join the plan, they need to be physically present on that address.

It won't work if you're in different geographical locations in the time of joining the plan.
