Would like this to be resolved!

Signed up for the student premium. It took the payment but said I wasn't eligible for the student premium (school isnt in the options) would like this resolved

If the payment shows as pending, it means no money's been taken from your bank account. No worries, the funds should reappear on your statement soon. 

Also, remember you can request that your university is added in the future at https://verify.sheerid.com/spotify-international-request/?client=Spotify.
