My Question or Issue
My problem is that although I am using and getting charged every month for Spotify Premium when I am logging in to my account is says that I am using Spotify Free.
Do you know if I want to cancel Spotify Premium that I am currently using and upgrade to Spotify Family how can I do that when my account says I am using Spotify Free which is wrong?
