Wrong subscription

I'm having problems with my subscription because I'm with Vodafone right now and was on the Spotify premium included on the red connect plan but for the past two days the subscription changed to free. Was wondering if you can help me. Tried all the logging in out, deleting the app and reinstalling it also tried to log into my account on the website and change it to the Vodafone one but it didn't work. Also tried creating a new account through Vodafone which didn't work.

To start working this out, let's make sure you're logging in to the correct account. You can log in here and head over to Receipts to check if the account was Premium before.


Once you confirm you're using the correct account, since your subscription is managed by Vodafone, we suggest getting in touch with them. They'll be able to help you get your Premium back up and running.
