My Question or Issue

Your program sucks, first of all, you have an obvious problem with all these complaints but you can't get your heads out of your rears long enough to actually fix it. Instead you try to push it off on the bank and the user.

The problem is yours. You have failed 4 credit cards and 1 debit card from multiple issuers all who have confirmed your service has not even attempted to charge the card. You have failed Paypal as well, in fact it doesn't even bring you to the Paypal screen to try it just says fail.

Your system sucks. Fix my account so I can do my 3 month trial or watch how quickly I go to Pandora. I am not even giving you 24 hours.

I am sorry to hear about your issues, and as a Spotify user myself I can appreciate how frustrating this must be. I will do my best to help you here.

 

I apologize in advance if you have already tried these steps that I am about to ask.

 

Can you let me know if you get any error message or code when you try to complete the sign up process? Also, could you try your chosen payment method once more, but this time before you do clear all cache/cookies on the computer and try in an incognito window. It may also be helpful to try on a different network.

 

Lastly, can you let me know if you have ever had a Spotify deal before on the email address of the account in question?

I am having the same issue. I have tried all of those steps.

Yes, I did try signing up on different networks. Also, yes I have. at one point I was on a family plan. 

Stop wasting your time ont his forum. The problem is on their side. Contact them to get it fixed. That's how it got fixed for me.
