account doesn't reflect Premium subscription

Have single membership and can see $9.99 recurring pmts but my online profile account doesn't reflect my Premium membership

By online account, do you mean the one you use when you log yourself into the support page or the Web Player?
If this is the case, please doublecheck if the account credentials you have used for the app match those on the website 🙂
