My Question or Issue

I tried to get Premium for 3 days. I've enough money and tried to pay by incognito page. Country setting are also fine. What should I do? Are there any ways to contact with Spotify and get Premium?

First, check your account and make sure you don’t see any authorization charges for Spotify Premium. If you do, then you’ve already subscribed to Premium.

If not, then try a different payment method if you have one available. Also, attach a screenshot of the message you're getting when you try to subscribe to Premium (make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community), following the steps in this support article. 

If you're still having trouble, then I’d recommend trying to subscribe to Premium on a different account. You can create a new one and subscribe to Premium. If that works, then I'll suggest steps on how to transfer content from your old account to your new account.
