Cannot subscribe to Premium DUO

My Question or Issue

I could not change my premium subscription to duo. I found this(https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Cannot-switch-to-Premium-Duo/idi-p/4988568#) and followed the instruction to first cancel my premium then subscribe to duo. But that did not work either??

What's happening ....Can I subscribe to Duo yes or no? If not why is it advertised and avaialble to be picked on my account?
Should I try from a mobile phone instead - to subscribe to Premium Duo?? Will that work?

Do you have a subscription involving Hulu? Also, could you attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to subscribe to Premium Duo?

It’s also not possible to pay for Premium Duo using a third party provider or a different company (such as a mobile phone provider).
