cannot change payment method

cannot change payment method

Trying to change my payment method for a premium plan in Australia. Spotify help says to go to My Account and there should be a link to Manage Payment methods...but no link exists. Have tried using both Google and Safari on a Macbook.. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the screenshots.

 

As mentioned on the screenshots, you're currently a member of someone's Premium Family plan. Only the plan manager can update the payment details 🙂

 

If you're the plan manager, you're logged into the wrong account, so I recommend logging out and logging back in using the login info of the account that is the manager of the plan.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You should be able to see an "Update Card / Payment Method" button at https://spotify.com/account.

 

Alternatively, you can also use the following link: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/update-payment-details/

Hi Maxim...appreciate you getting back to me. I've tried both of those links but neither provided me with an option to change my payment details...but I may have missed something. 🙂 Any advice would be appreciated. Pls see attached for reference.
