charged more even though I signed up for student premium

I signed to spotify subscription for student,
but i just realissed for the past few months I have been charged more
this is horrible and dishonest service and incorrect
why was I not notified of this?
and I AM STILL A STUDENT
i had already verified this when i signed up

I'll need refund for the months I was charged more
since October 2018

I got a notification some time ago on spotify app, asking if I was still a
student, I pressed Yes, and that's all that there was

The Student Discount is only valid for 12 months. There are more steps to re-verify than just clicking 'yes'. I'd recommend checking out this page where you can reverify.
