double charged

I just signed up for school so I wanted to renew my premium with the student discount. I tried and it told me thy could not verify I was a student, no big deal I decided to pay for 9.99 premium and checked my back account to find I was charged twice. One for the student price and a 9.99 charge. I need to be refunded one of these charges.
