Hello @Winx20

If you moved to another country, you need to change your Country settings. There is detailed instructions how to do it here.

Wish you a great time in NZ 🙂

Hi

Okay cool but will that help my family subscription and let me listen to my music i had in canada!

thanks for your wishes and help 🙂

I want to ask you a few questions for clarification

1. Are you the owner of the family subscription (do you added other people or someone added you) ?

2. Are the other people on you family account moved with you in NZ or are they still in Canada ?

3. What exacly do you mean you can't access your account ? You can't login / are you seeing some error / you can't play antyhing / or something else ?

Hi there

My home is in Canada and the family all stays under one roof.

But since I've moved my account isn't linked up.

As I mentioned I'm in NZ for work so thee must be a way to do it.

Can you guys link me to my partners account which is

mmthomps123

Or do I need to do something else? I'm not wanting to pay anymore money as
we already pay for the family plan
