My Question or Issue

i am literally being charged for an account i dont have,i called my bank but they say they cant do anything,i currently have a family plan but in my credit card appears another spotify account that is not mine and im being charged,i need spotify support Asap

It sounds like you've got an additional account with Spotify. I'd recommend checking out this support article on finding accounts.
