My Question or Issue

My payment card had to be cancelled and now, as I have my new card, I don't seem to be able to change the payment for my new card. What am I doing wrong?

What happens when you try to change your payment method? If you can attach a screenshot of what happens (make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community), that would be great.
