premium account. Money taken in euro instead that other currencies. same bank and card

My Question or Issue

I have one bank with 2 currencies: euro and czech koruna.

every month I see the money being taken from the euro account and not from the KCZ account.

How can I change it? in my profile I have as a country czech republic, I have only 1 card so even changing payment method won't help.
