premium subscription help

need some help, on my spotify app it says that im only using spotify free, but on my icloud menu, my subcription is premium and it already charged the amount to my gift card.

Hey, @echuso! That's not cool - let's figure this out.

Firstly, I suggest checking the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
