says hulu and spotify accounts are connected but they aren't

I have had the spotify premium for students hulu bundle since around november. My hulu account was connected and I used it for awhile. Then, I got signed out of hulu on my computer and when I signed back in it said I did not have a subscription and wouldn't let me watch anything. However, on my spotify account page it says I have the bundle subscription and when using the "reconnect' link it said the accounts were already connected.

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you might be experiencing login issues with your Hulu account. In this case, our best recommendation would be for you to get in touch directly with Hulu, since the bundle appears as active on your Spotify account's end. You can do so from this link.
