spotify Germany and tmobile

I used spotify premium through my phone contract with t-mobile germany but had to pause the contract for 6 months. This also paused my spotify premium subscription (obviously). Now, my contract continues and so do all my services except it hasn't restored my premium account with spotify. How does it switch back from the free account to the premium account? It should work since t-mobile confirms that I still have this option and it is paid for. Can anyone help?

Since your Spotify subscription is through Telekom.de, you need to reach out to them regarding any subscription-related issues or questions.

Hey Maxim, 

thank you for your response. That's what I did but they claim its an issue on your side since the option of my contract is currently active. I am seriously upset becuase I am a frequent user and the free account is simply unsatisfying, especially because I am paying for a service that I cannot access. How do you recommend to proceed with this matter?
