I have payed for spotify premium, but it does not work. SO I payed again, but this time for spotify premium family. And it's still not working. I have tried to log in and out and it still does not work.!

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
