Hi, we have a family account. Now we invited our daughter. We tried with her to create an account, so that she is in the family account. Its every time the same: we fill out the formular and just by typing her e,mail it tells us e-mail already in use... thats not possible, because she never had an spotify account! And: we could not click subscribe, so why should her e-mail be in.use?
Could somebody help?

Hi, usually if the system says the spotify account has already been created with said email, it should mean at least someone has already used that account. You can try making a new account with a totally fresh email and username and try again.

We did that already! First she had a gmail adress, there it was the same.
We create a new adress at web.de, never used before and also it appears: e-mail already in.use...so we don't know.
My Husband is owner of the family account, he can see my account, but not this of my daughter. We could not finish the subscription!
