Short answer: no.

Cancelling does not equal to requesting a refund. Cancelling your subscription will only revert your account to the Free plan after any remaining Premium time runs out.

You have to contact Spotify, if you want to request a refund. But first you should see if Spotify's Refund Policy applies to your case.
