I am being charged for premium when just have spotify free,  you dont have authorisation to do this.  Please stop charging

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
