Hello, 
I can't renew my subscription.. I'm in cairo, Egypt. 
 it's just doesn't work when i pay to renew it. 
and i tired different paying methods and i made sure that they work, but it doesn't work to renew.. it just keeps loading "for ever".

Could you try this using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t help, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

Hey Billy, 

Thanks a lot for your answer. 
I tried 2 different browsers and an incognito window and I had the same result. 
Everything goes well until the loading of the payment itself.. it keeps loading really "forever". 
and i tried a different card. .same result. 
and i already used these cards with other online payments and they work well.

Thanks. Could you let me know if this also happens when you create a new account

 

If not, I’ll suggest steps on how to transfer content from your old account to the new one.

Well, I tried it. 
and i'm still getting the exact same result. 
seems really strange.

Yes, I tried this already. and it also led to the same result.
is there a any other chance that it could work ?

Could you try to see if this happens when you try a different network connection, such as switching to a different wifi network or cellular data network (carrier and data rates apply).

 

If you see no change after trying this, then I’d recommend getting in touch with your payment provider as they can further help with this.

Dear @Billy-J, 

Wow, It worked. 
So, I tried from a friend's phone, in a different wifi network... 

i tired already before form 3 different devices and it didn't work.. so it's maybe the wifi.. don't know. 
but it worked and i renewed it.. 

So, thanks a lot for your help and patience.. i really appreciate it.
