switched to student subscription during 1 month free and it cut off my premium

I hadnt had premium for a while so i decided to use the $1 for 1 month of premium but when i went and redeemed it, i decided to go ahead and renew my subscription for my student plan as well, but when i did, it switch me off of the $1 month plan and now i only have 6 days left until I need to pay again, is there anything I can do?

Hey @LordNarnia, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you switch from a Premium trial (in which you described) to a student plan, your subscription will update right away to reflect your new plan. Keep in mind that when you’re upgrading from a trial, the payment will be taken immediately. 

In your case, I'd recommend sending a message to the folks over at Customer Support as they can take a closer look and provide more information on the matter.
