My Question or Issue

 my phone is on premium, anywhere else I log in its on basic. i've reset my password and its still the same. My phone doesnt ask me for a password so it keeps logging into what must be a different account. how do I fix this ? it is infuriating.

I may have 2 usernames I dont know. but I only have one email address. WHen I look at the user name in the spotify cache  folder on the android using a usb cable it's got this massive long user name hmzw6377bglqknfzx5owj70wk-user but my other username is rayliotta. I CANNOT linkt these accounts. Help

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account - and I guess one of them was created through Facebook.

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
