Ogrenci hesabi icin ilk islem yaparken islem yarim kaldi. 2. kez denedigimde ise ogrenci mailimi girdim fakat bu mailimin premium olmasini istiyorum.
Ayrica ucret alinmayacak yazmasina ragmen ekte bulundugu gibi 2 islemde de ucret alindi.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
