why is my audiobook top up not working?

why is my audiobook top up not working?

I purchased a top up in January of this year. It says that it remains valid 12 months after purchase, but recently it says I only have 15 hours available. I should have 25, but maybe it’s just showing weird.

one really needs to be able to see where one's top up hours have been used. For example 2 hrs used on book 1, 3 hours on book 2 and on which dates.
The whole top up tracking that exists is  not helpful because its way too hidden, it really needs to be more visible  especially on the app.
And why does the top up not immediately.
This whole procedure is not exactly user freindly

I am having the same problem. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify on my phone twice...still no luck. Spotify!!! HELP!!!!

Time did not renew for new month

I purchased audiobook hours top-up on PayPal, they say purchase complete but hours don’t reflect on Spotify

im so annoyed because it took my money and I still couldn’t listen to my audio books

I am also in Australia, and purchased "top up" for my audiobook listening time, I am the family plan account manager and have used the included 15 hours, however my paid top up has not shown up - I was emailed a reciept for it though.

My Question or Issue

 

I bought extra plan hours for audio book but those don't come on until 10/15. I then topped up but Spotify is still not letting me listen to my audio book. I paid for the extra subscription and the top up but no audio book 😞
