200 characters instead of 100 in a playlist name and 512 characters instead of 300 in a description

Issue:

you can inspect element on a playlist name and change the 100 in (maxlength="100") to 200 and it will save. (200 is the max any higher will reset.)

Edit:
You can do the same thing to the description, changing 300 in (maxlength="300") to 512 (512 is the max.)

Please, for the love of god, be more specific in regard to how it's done. I am rather eager to try this for myself; however, despite you hinting at an "inspect element" trick, I cannot figure it out. Your analysis of this loophole is haphazard and vague. To reiterate, I would love if you would delve into the specificities on this, so that I can try it myself.
