App crashes when opening podcast

My Question or Issue

My issue is that whenever I try to access a specific playlist that I follow the app always crashes. I have seen others ask similar questions but in their questions it always seems to be a custom made playlist. The playlist that is causing me an issue is a podcast that I follow - not a curated song playlist with local tracks.

I have tried:

Uninstalling/reinstalling the app

Restarting my phone

Clearing app cache

Changing battery optimisation to unrestricted 

Changing from wifi to mobile data

Accessing the podcast playlist in different ways (ie via search results as opposed to my own library)

So far nothing seems to work and no other playlists/podcasts seem to be effected except this specific one. 

Any ideas?

Hi to whom it may concern,

My Spotify app will crash after trying to go onto the Joe Rogan's podcast page.

I dont know if there's anything I can actually do to fix this. I thought maybe it was just a glitch. So I've Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I even updated my phone to see if it would help with anything. But it hasn't.

Looks like there is a new version of the app.  I just updated to 9.0.30.642 maybe 3 minutes ago.  I can get back into my podcast without crashing.  So far so good.

I am having same issue. Only with Wall Street Journal podcast. All others podcasts work.

I am now experiencing this same issue on a Samsung 22+, only with the This Is History podcast. It was fine this morning and now I can't scroll more than a couple episodes down before the app completely crashes. I tested it on another family member's phone and it opens fine. I have tried clearing cache in the phone and app, uninstall and reinstall, restarting the phone, and a complete clean uninstall and reinstall and nothing is fixing it. No issues with any other podcast or playlists.
