Autoplay not working across devices

My Question or Issue

Suddenly today my autoplay stopped working, I have tried reinstalling the app, signing in and out of my account, clearing the cache and restarting my phone, but nothing has worked.

@Luka_kakec, kudos for the troubleshooting steps you've tried! You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one? We'd also like to double-check if you could replicate this behavior across all your devices.

@StephPlays, could you let us know if this is happening across devices? Also, could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? This way we can avoid repeating any. If you haven't tried performing a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. 

If the clean reinstall doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Lastly, sending us the make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices would come in handy.
