My Question or Issue

When I send or receive a Blend link it doesn't seem to work at all. It opens up Blend with the option to invite again! Just keeps going round in circles. I've done all the usual stuff/recomendations of new links / logging out / redownloading the app / clearing the cache. But still no luck!

Welcome to the Community! We'd be happy to help you sort this issue out so you can enjoy Blends.

Kudos for already going over the abovementioned troubleshooting steps. Here are some additional details to test:

• Another network connection on the iPhone (mobile data/Wi-Fi).
• If possible, try on another device (desktop for example).
• If you've currently joined multiple Blends, try leaving one first.
• If the invitation link is sent via iMessage for example, try sending/receiving a new link through a different app (like WhatsApp or even a note).
