My Question or Issue

Hi there, i have a song on my playlist, it's from Bill wurtz called La de Da... so on. Basically, whenever i have this song in my queue on desktop or mobile, its grayed out and or will NOT let me remove it from queue in advance. Please fix this! I CAN play the song, it is available in my region, and his other songs play and can be removed fine but it just won't let me remove this one in a queue when i add it in or when its in shuffle play automatically!

Hey there @level94836,

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you send us the URI of the song? To find it:

  1. Open the Spotify desktop app and go to the content.
  2. Click (...) and select Share.
  3. Click Copy Spotify URI. The code is copied to your clipboard.
  4. Paste the URI into your reply.

You’ll know it's right if it looks like this: spotify:album:123456789. It’s not the same as a link, which starts open.spotify.com.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Cheers!
