Cannot access my library

My Question or Issue

I changed to the student plan and now my listening stats (Library)are gone. Can you confirm if I'm logged into the same account and if my stats can be recovered?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

Yes, the content you've saved in your library shouldn't be affected by any changes made to the account subscription. Your library will not change, content saved wise, when you upgrade to Premium.

In that sense, we'd suggest you:

• Make sure you've logged in to the right account. You can check for any secondary accounts by following these steps.
• Perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device, that way you can make sure you're running the latest version and that the cache is not leading to that behavior.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running.
• A more detailed description of the issue. Do you see any errors? Is the app crashing?
• Does this happen across all your devices?
