Daily Mix don't update (Android, web & desktop)

Daily Mix don't update (Android, web & desktop)

It's been a few months since the last time that my daily mixes got updated. At first I thought it could be a device issue, but I noticed that even in web player is the same also in the desktop app. But I tried clearing caches and datas, also reinstalling the app, but my daily mixes still don't change. So I don't think it's a device issue, but it could be a service issue. I hope to hear from you for a fix. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Can you let us know if all of your Daily Mixes are not updating or is it certain ones? Are your Discover Weekly/ Release Radar updating.

 

It would be helpful to know when was the last date on which they've updated. 

 

Can you also let us know if you're using a VPN or have Private Session active?
