[Desktop][Your Library] Scroll sidebar position bug

The sidebar that shows "Your library" and "Playlists" have a position bug.

If you scroll it down and then move the mouse over to the left side of the application (say, over a playlist or an artist page), the position of the sidebar will be lowered.

I have not noticed this before and a restart fixed it, but I still thought that it could be good to report.
