Didn't get wrapped 2020 personalized playlist and stats

My Question or Issue
I didn't receive my personalized Playlist and stats for 2020, How can I fix this issue?

- I listened more than the required time that mentioned in other posts
- Updated my Spotify app on all my devices, including Android, iOS, PC
- Cleaned the cache folder, re-installed the software several times
- Changed the animation speed on Android to 1
- I could open general stories but didn't receive the personal stories of wrapped-2020
