My Question or Issue
Roughly twice a week (sometimes more) all of my downloaded playlists will randomly be un-downloaded from my library. One of these playlists is nearly 4000 songs long so you can imagine how long it takes to download again! I work quite often and have a long commute, so I like to listen to my music on my journey. This is only a recent issue and only started happening when I got my new and current device.
If anyone can help that would be great!

I'm sorry to hear this.
Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? You will need to re-download the songs after this, but if after you re-download them and the issue continues, then let me know and I'll see what else to suggest.

Hey Billy-J! Thanks for the reply, I did as you suggested and up until today everything was smooth sailing. Unfortunately, the problem has now returned!
