My Question or Issue

Whenever the artist “R3HAB” releases a song I automatically start following him and that song is being added into my liked songs list. I don’t share my account with anyone else.

That doesn't sound right. Do you have any third party apps linked to your Spotify account here? If so, I'd recommend removing them. Even though you mentioned you don't share your account, it's still worth following the additional steps in this article to secure it in case it was compromised.
