Having trouble with Wrapped email

My Question or Issue

I use Spotify Free on a Windows PC (Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, Version 1909, Build 18363.476).  Country: UK.

Recently I've been sent an email 'Your 2019 Wrapped'. 

When I've clicked on the link, it's opened and it shows page 1 out of 16, and the music plays (with the pictures).  However, when I go on to the next page, it only plays about five seconds of music, then it goes back to page 1 again.  No matter how many times I try, I can't go any further.

I've tried opening the link in both Opera and Chrome, the result's the same.

Any ideas please?

Could you please try and check the link on another device ?

Trying it on Incognito web page can do the trick as well.
